Delivery Schedules
Your order will be confirmed by email. Most items are in stock and will be dispatched to you within 5 working days
from receiving your order and payment. If the items are not in stock, we will contact you and advise you of the
delivery time. We cannot influence any seasonal postage delays and industrial action from the postal services. I and I
Artistry do not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we will not be able to offer any refund
unless we are in possession of the returned item. Please note that due to Health and Hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any
crowns and earrings. We also do not accept the return of personalised items.
